The P&L Specialties Incline Sorting Table (IST) is designed to work perfectly with all popular destemmers and presses. Our proprietary design uses a flat belt and a gentle incline to provide unequaled sorting ability and quality. Every element of this sorting table was developed and tested with guidance from premier winemakers. This sorting table reflects the finest craftsmanship and state of the art design available.     • Food grade internally driven pulley for superior speed control range – no external motor/gearbox

    • Special premium food grade belting material for added longevity

    • Stainless steel dual tapered tail pulley for stable belt tracking

    • Emergency stop control on both sides for safety and quality

    • Variable Frequency Drive speed controllers

    • Belt Scraper to remove passed over material

    • Stainless steel 8″ swivel casters with brakes

    • Side protection panels remove with no tools for easy cleaning

    • 12″ or 16″ table lengths

    • 30″ or 36″ belt widths

    • 14″ of height adjustment for optimum sorting position

    • Stainless steel NEMA 4X and UL listed enclosure for the electronic controls
