Cluster-Thruster™ Shaker Table

The P&L Cluster-Thruster™ is the answer for the macro-bin processor seeking high quality output and higher speeds. Systems in service have been running smoothly in an average range of 2-30 tons/hour.

The Cluster-Thruster™ gently and efficiently motivates and evenly meters the flow of whole clusters forward to the destemmer, sorting line, presses or pump with no "hand-holding." A real labor and time saver; just dump your bins and go. There is no screw or auger, so, no shearing whatsoever.

The heavy-duty receiving hopper and flat-bottomed conveyor are rugged, easy to operate and clean-up. The reliable motor and elliptical cam drive system are simple to operate and maintain. Speed control is managed by a frequency drive.

The Cluster-Thruster™ can be ordered as part of a completely automated Crush Pad, with Bin Conveyor, Bin Dumper, Bin Slide, Bin Washer or, may be integrated into an existing system.
