Automated Harvest Lug Washer

The P&L Specialties’ Automated Harvest Lug Washer is the solution for washing large quantities of harvest lugs. It delivers labor savings, reduces waste and dramatically decreases energy and water consumption.

The harvest lugs are conveyed through a two-stage, 360° cleaning process. The initial stage features a high pressure wash to remove particles and stubborn material. The second stage features a high temperature, high pressure rinse to ensure cleanliness. Both stages are internally screened and filtered to assure consistent results and minimize water consumption. The Automated Harvest Lug Washer operates on 240V/480V electrical power and uses domestic water to fill and maintain tank water levels. The machine features all stainless steel construction for longevity and is manufactured using the finest components. Adjustable guides allow for 35, 40 and 60 lb. picking lugs.
