Our expertise goes beyond fruit processing. In 1987 we developed the P&L ROTARY SCREEN: a cost-effective improvement over sedimentation tanks and drag screens in primary treatment applications. Made of stainless steel construction and heavy gauge materials, this robust machine is designed to be virtually maintenance free. The P&L Rotary Screen uses a rotating stainless steel screen with perforations from .027 to .375 inch to reduce suspended solids and B.O.D. concentrations prior to secondary treatment. We have all parts on site at our Santa Rosa facility and can deliver the same day or ship that same day.

We produce extremely accurate products with minimal setup time. We have the ability to cut almost any material up to 6 inches thick. Our OMAX 60120 can directly import any DXF, PDF or CAD file with no need to redraw it. Because our design perfection starts at our core – we have our own UL 508A Panel Shop on-site. UL is the main certifying organization in the United States. When machines are delivered to the U.S., an inspector delegated by an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) checks for compliance with UL Standards.
