In Our Community

Sonoma County Probation Camp, according to their website, is a short-term correctional treatment facility for 16 to 18 year old males. Their primary goal is the individual development of basic personal, social, academic and vocational skills necessary to survive in modern society, toward becoming responsible, productive adults. A significant component of the Probation Camp program is vocational training in woodwork, welding, and food service.

P&L Specialties recently donated several welding machines and other fabrication equipment to further the aims of this important organization. We at P&L Specialties are very committed to ensuring that our community is better for our existence in it. We are very pleased to be able to contribute to such a worthy organization.

We are celebrating our sixth successful season as the exclusive US Distributors of CME products. CME has been producing fine winemaking equipment since 1946. We will be featuring CME Peristaltic Pump technology, as well as, Single Screw Pumps, Elliptical Lobe Pumps and Piston Pumps. CME's excellent and robust Destemmer is known as the DPN. Harvest Lug Washing Machine:
This automatic machine is the definitive solution for washing quantities of harvest lugs. It delivers savings in labor, wastewater and overall water consumption. The harvest lugs are conveyed through a two-stage, 360° cleaning process. The initial stage features a high pressure wash to remove stubborn particles and stubborn material. The second stage features a high-temperature high-pressure rinse to ensure cleanliness. Both stages are internally screened and filtered to assure consistent results and minimize water consumption.
